本政策适用于通过淘宝或 WHOP 购买的 TradeReplay 专业版数字授权。免费版不涉及退款。
如果购买平台规则或适用法律提供更高标准的消费者保护，以该规则或法律为准。
Scope
This policy applies to digital TradeReplay Pro licenses purchased through Taobao or Whop. Free does not involve a payment or refund.
If the purchase platform or applicable law grants stronger consumer rights, those rights control.
可以申请退款的情形
- 订单被重复扣款。
- 付款成功但未收到授权，且我们无法完成交付。
- 授权无法激活，经核实并排查后仍无法解决。
- 软件在符合下载页系统要求的设备上存在阻止核心功能使用的严重问题，且我们无法在合理时间内提供解决方案。
- 授权尚未激活时提出取消申请。
Eligible refund cases
- A duplicate charge.
- Payment succeeded but the license was not delivered and we cannot complete delivery.
- The license cannot be activated and remains unresolved after verification and troubleshooting.
- A material defect prevents core use on a device that meets the published system requirements, and we cannot provide a solution within a reasonable time.
- You request cancellation before activating the license.
通常不支持退款的情形
数字授权一经激活且软件可以正常使用，通常不支持因改变主意、不再需要、未阅读功能说明或设备不符合已公布系统要求而退款。
行情、AI 或自有云存储等第三方服务的价格、限制或中断，不构成专业版授权退款理由；TradeReplay 本身无法提供约定核心功能的除外。
Normally not eligible
Once a digital license has been activated and the software works as described, refunds are normally not available for a change of mind, no longer needing the product, not reviewing the feature description, or using a device that does not meet the published requirements.
Pricing, limits, or outages of market-data, AI, or user-owned cloud services do not by themselves make the Pro license refundable, unless TradeReplay cannot provide a promised core function.

- 淘宝订单：从对应订单发起售后申请。
- WHOP 订单：通过 WHOP Resolution Center 或订单收据中的卖家联系方式申请。
- 同时提供订单号、购买邮箱、操作系统、问题说明和必要截图。

How to request a refund
- Taobao: open an after-sales request from the relevant order.
- Whop: use the Whop Resolution Center or the seller contact shown on your receipt.
- Include the order ID, purchase email, operating system, issue description, and any useful screenshots.

退款完成后
退款由原购买平台退回原付款方式，实际到账时间由平台和支付机构决定。退款确认后，对应激活码、设备绑定和专业版访问权限将被撤销。
After a refund is approved
The purchase platform returns funds to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the platform and payment provider. Once confirmed, the related activation code, device bindings, and Pro access will be revoked.
